Yes. No trial period, no hidden fees. Manage up to 50 members completely free. Upgrade to Starter or above only when you need more members or advanced features like PDF receipts, automated WhatsApp, or biometric attendance.
We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the remaining balance is adjusted and your plan validity is extended accordingly. No money is lost — it is always applied to your account.
Export all member data to Excel before cancelling. We keep your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you return. No penalty. No lock-in.
