Terms of Service

By accessing or using GymSetu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GymSetu is a cloud-based gym management SaaS platform for Indian gym owners, providing member management, payments, attendance, WhatsApp automation, biometric integration, and related features.

• Prices shown exclude 18% GST unless stated otherwise
• GST is added at checkout or on invoice
• Monthly, Half-Yearly, and Annual billing cycles available
• No auto-debit without your explicit consent
• Invoices sent each billing period via email or WhatsApp

Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, if you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the unused balance is adjusted against your new plan validity. No cash refunds are issued. See our Refund Policy for details.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial. The Free plan is available forever at no cost for up to 50 members.

You (the gym owner) retain full ownership of all member data entered into GymSetu. GymSetu does not sell, share, or use your member data for any purpose other than providing the service.

GymSetu software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by AIS Securetech. You retain ownership of your gym data, logos, and member records.

• Use GymSetu only for legitimate gym management purposes
• Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not use the service for illegal activities

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Non-payment beyond 30 days
• Violation of these terms
• Abuse of the service or other users' data

We provide best-effort uptime. Scheduled maintenance is notified at least 24 hours in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure.

AIS Securetech's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
